How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We offer two shipping options; Standard shipping which is delivered 3-5 business days once shipped. Express shipping which is delivered is 2-4 business days once shipped.

Please note these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order in the timeframe stated. Once we provide your awesome shades to the shipping provider the time it takes for delivery is in their hands. Generally shipping is on time and many times even quicker than listed above. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please open a live chat on our website.

How much does shipping cost?

Free U.S Shipping is included with every order over $35. Orders usually ship within 24 hours or the following business day. For U.S orders under $35, a flat rate shipping fee of $5 will be added at checkout. For International Shipping, a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 will be added at checkout.

I'm having delivery issues. What do I do next?

Well that’s not supposed to happen! Please verify your delivery address on the order, if it is 100% correct the next step would be to contact the courier. Just provide your tracking number and they should be able to provide more specific details regarding your package. If you are still having any issues with your delivery, send us an email at support@sunhauk.com

Our customer service team will assist you with rectifying any issue.

Where do you ship from and what shipping options do you provide?

Our headquarters is located in South Florida and we have a network of fulfillment partners across the United States. We offer two shipping options; Standard shipping which is delivered 3-5 business days once shipped. Express shipping which is delivered is 2-4 business days once shipped.

Why was I charged twice for my order?

Once you place your order your payment method will only be charged once. A common bank practice for debit/credit card transactions is to authorize the charge first to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This may be the pending authorization you are seeing. Authorization generally clear within 48 – 72 hours. If you see the authorization takes longer then 72 hours, please contact your card provider.

Why was my order cancelled?

There may be a few different reasons as to why your order was canceled and/or refunded: Your order may have been flagged as a duplicate order and we automatically refunded it to ensure you were not charged twice. Our card processor may have flagged the order as “Fraudulent" and the transaction is automatically refunded, the order is also cancelled automatically. If you believe your order was cancelled incorrectly, please place your order again and shoot us an email at support@sunhauk.com to ensure we get your order processed asap!

I didn't receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed. If you think that your order was not processed, please contact us at support@sunhauk.com and a team member will verify your order was placed.

Why is my order status is 'unfulfilled'?

If your order status shows unfulfilled, this just means we have successfully received your order and it is being processed. Once your order ships the status will change to Fulfilled and you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Thats not what I ordered! What the next step?

If you got a pair of shades other then the ones you picked out shoot us an email at support@sunhauk.com Please include your order number in the message and in the subject line “Wrong Item”. We will get this taken care of for you right away!

How long does it take to process my order?

Generally, your order is packed and shipped within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Any orders placed after 4:00pm EST Monday thru Friday or on a weekend will be processed the following business day. Any orders placed on a holiday will also be processed the following business day.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return or exhange?

Need to request a return or exchange? No worries, all you need is your order number and the email address you listed when you placed your order. Your order number may be found on the order confirmation email we sent you. Click here to process your return or exchange just provide your order number and email to find your order and select the item that you want to return.

We will provide you will a return label that you can download.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your package it generally takes 1-2 business days to process a return. You’ll also receive an email confirmation notifying you the return was processed successfully. Once processed, your refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive the funds back onto the payment method used for the order.

How long after I order can I change it?

We accept exchanges for up to 30 days from the purchase date. To start an exchange just go to our Returns & Exchanges page.

What does final sale mean?

Due to promotional pricing, Final Sale means no returns or exchanges.

How do I use my coupon code?

During check out you will see a field to enter a coupon code. Just enter your code and see the savings!

Can i use multiple coupon codes on the same order?

Unfortunately only one coupon code may be applied to an order.

What are my shades made of?

All our shades are made of premium TR90 high grade plastic. Premium designer and performance shades are made with this material.

What is TR90?

TR90 was produced through Swiss technology as a thermoplastic material that is incredibly durable, flexible, and lightweight. Glasses made with TR90 are extremely comfortable because they have a flexible quality. Since they are flexible, they can bend under pressure and contour your face comfortably.

Are Sunhauk shades sold in any retail stores?

We appreciate your love for Sunhauk shades! Currently our sunglasses are only sold online on our official website.

Which sunglasses will fit my face best?

All of our sunglasses have the specs and recommended size guides listed directly on the product page.

How do I clean my new shades?


Before cleaning your lenses, double check that no dirt, sand or other debris is present.

If dirt or sand is on your lenses, blow the particles off as best as you can before cleaning.

Gently rinse your lenses with lukewarm tap water, especially after taking a dip in the pool or in the sea.

Next, take the microfiber wipe or cinch pouch included in your purchase or any soft cloth available to you and wipe your lens with low to medium pressure.

Repeat this step as needed to clean your lenses.

If needed, a tiny amount of standard dish soap can be applied to the lenses to help clean tougher stains and blemishes, but please ensure that you have completely removed all soap residue before drying.


- Avoid storing your shades in extreme conditions.
- Avoid storing your shades in your vehicle for extended periods of time.
- Clean your shades before storing or putting them away.
- Always rinse your shades with tap water after taking a dip in the pool or in the sea.
- Periodically wipe away sweat, oil and other residue that may transfer onto the frame to keep the your sunnies fresh.
- Wash your cinch bag periodically to help keep it clean and debris free.


- Use any paper products or other abrasive materials on the lenses.
- Store or place your sunglasses in high heat situations.
- Use glass cleaners as they may damage the lens coating.
- Place your shades face down.
- Store your shades with sharp or blunt objects that may result in damage to the lens or frame.
- Expose your shades to extreme heat, strong detergents or other chemicals.
- Allow salt water and chlorine to sit on your lenses for too long without rinsing and cleaning them. Salt water and chlorine can eat away at the lens coating.

Where does Sunhauk manufacture sunglasses?

Our shades are designed in sunny South Florida and custom manufactured in China. Sunhauk is proud to be an independent American owned sunglasses company. 

What the difference between polarized and non-polarized lenses?

Polarized lenses have an extra coating that helps to reduce glare and enhance visual clarity. Glare is reduced by blocking out horizontal light rays that reflect from surfaces such as water, snow, glass, or other light sources. In addition to reducing glare, polarized lenses ease eye strain from long hours in the sun.

Non-polarized lenses offer the same great protection for your eyes and block out harmful UV rays. You might choose non-polarized shades because the polarization can make it difficult or impossible to see some LCD screens such as phones, tablets, or ATM's. Pilots require non-polarized lenses and they're often preferred for snow sports.
