Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your sunglasses. If you don’t, we make returns simple.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Must include all items from the order (see promotions below)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be submitted through our returns portal. Do not send items back without authorization.


Refund Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 24–48 hours after delivery
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

Promotions & Bundles (Strict Policy)

Buy 1 Get 2 Free (B1G2)

  • All 3 pairs must be returned together for a refund
  • Partial returns are not accepted
  • If any item is missing:
    • You must return the remaining item(s) at your own cost
    • Refund will only be processed once all items are received

Free Gifts (Mystery Pairs, Accessories, etc.)

If your order included any free or promotional items, they must be returned to receive a full refund.

If not returned:

  • Your refund will be reduced by the full retail value of the item(s)

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Free mystery pairs
  • Mystery gifts
  • Leather sleeves
  • Accessories or promotional add-ons

Incorrect or Extra Items Sent Back

If you accidentally send back an item that was not part of the return:

  • We can ship it back to you for $6.95
  • If no request is made, items will be discarded after 14 days

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days
  • U.S. customers receive one free exchange label per order
  • Exchanges are processed within 24–48 hours after inspection

Prescription Orders (Final Sale)

Prescription lenses are custom-made and are final sale.

They are not eligible for refunds or returns, and not eligible for the Buy 1 Get 2 Free promotion.

If there is an issue due to our error (including manufacturing defect or incorrect prescription fulfillment):

  • We will remake and replace your order at no cost
  • Our team will work with you directly to resolve the issue quickly

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number

We will review and provide a replacement at no cost if approved.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards: Digital or physical gift cards
  • Custom Eyewear: All Prescription, Bifocal, Reader, and custom-made Blue Light blocking lenses.
  • Final sale items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

  • Items are used, damaged, or missing components not due to our error
  • Items are returned after the 30-day window

Shipping Costs (Returns)

  • U.S. returns: Free (one label per order)
  • International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank
