We want you to love what you buy from us, but we understand sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work out as expected, we’ll do our best make it right.

Process Return or Exchange

1. Click on "Process Return or Exchange"

2. Provide your "order number" (found on your order confirmation email) and email address used to place your order. Then, click on "Find my order"

3. Select the order and specify if you'd like to return or exchange your product. Then, download your shipping label and ship your shades.

Instructions will then be provided on how to pack and ship your shades. We will send you an email once we receive your shades. 
 

Return Policy

All U.S returns are completely free! This means you don't pay for shipping fees for any return as long as it abides by the returns policy. You have up to 30-days to return your shades for any reason. The 30-day return window begins on the purchase date, not the shipping date or the date you receive your shades. All products are eligible to be returned except for any free pair or promotional items. Return request must be made through our "Returns & Exchanges" portal. Returns may take 24-48 hours to be processed from the date we receive the package.

The policy above applies to all international returns as well. International shipping fees, including any customs/duties/taxes/fees are not eligible for reimbursement. Once we receive the product, our team will issue a full refund less the cost of your original shipping charge to the original form of payment.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges are completely free! This means you don't pay for shipping fees for any exchange as long as it abides by the exchange policy. You have up to 30-days to exchange your shades for any reason. The 30-day exchange window begins on the purchase date, not the shipping date or the date you receive your shades. You may exchange your shades for any other pair of the same value that are in stock. If the pair of shades are more expensive then your original purchase, just pay the difference.

All products are eligible to be exchanged except for any free pair or promotional items. Exchange requests must be made through our "Returns & Exchanges" portal.

Exchanges may take 24-48 hours to be processed from the date we receive the package. The policy above applies to all international exchanges as well. Once we receive your exchange, our team will replace and ship your new shades within the 24-48 processing time frame. For international exchanges, a shipping fee will apply. You will be provided an email confirmation with your tracking information once your product has shipped.
