We want you to love what you buy from us, but we understand sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work out as expected, we’ll do our best make it right.

Process Return or Exchange

1. Click on "Process Return or Exchange"

2. Provide your "order number" (found on your order confirmation email) and email address used to place your order. Then, click on "Find my order"

3. Select the order and specify if you'd like to return or exchange your product. Then, download your shipping label and ship your shades.

Instructions will then be provided on how to pack and ship your shades. We will send you an email once we receive your shades. 
 

Return Policy

U.S. Returns: All returns are free within 30 days of purchase. The return window begins on the purchase date, and all items (except final sale items like Mystery Pair) are eligible. Requests must go through our Returns & Exchanges Portal, and refunds are issued within 24–48 hours after we receive your package. Only one free return or exchange shipping label is provided per order—any additional returns or exchanges for the same order will require you to cover shipping.

International Returns: The same 30-day policy applies, but international customers must cover return shipping costs. Customs, duties, and import fees are not reimbursed. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours once we receive your package.

Important Note: Paid mystery pairs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Buy 1 Get 2 Free: All 3 pairs must be included in the return package. Partial returns will not be eligible for a refund. Promotional Items: Any free or gifted items must be included with the paid items in order to receive a full refund. These items may not appear in the portal but must be sent back in the return package.

Exchange Policy

U.S. Exchanges: All exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase. The exchange window begins on the purchase date. You may exchange your shades for any in-stock pair of equal value, or pay the difference if selecting a higher-priced pair. If the replacement pair is of lower value, no partial refund or credit will be issued. Free or promotional items (including Mystery Pairs, complimentary or bonus pairs) are not eligible for exchange. Requests must be submitted through our Returns & Exchanges Portal, and exchanges are typically processed within 24–48 hours after we receive your package. Only one free exchange shipping label is provided per order—any additional exchanges for the same order will require you to cover shipping.

International Exchanges: The same 30-day policy applies, but international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your package, exchanges are processed within 24–48 hours, and your replacement shades will ship immediately after. Shipping fees and customs duties/taxes are not reimbursed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your new shades ship.
