How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We offer three shipping options for U.S. orders: Standard Free Shipping is delivered in 3–6 business days after shipment, Expedited Shipping is delivered in 1–4 business days after shipment, and Express Shipping is delivered overnight after shipment. Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary. For international orders, delivery times vary by destination but are typically 10–12 business days after shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $40. Orders typically ship within 24 hours or the following business day. If your order is under $40, shipping is calculated at checkout.
I'm having delivery issues. What do I do next?
First verify your shipping address is correct, then contact the courier using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, email support@sunhauk.com.
Where do you ship from and what shipping options do you provide?
We're based in South Florida with a network of U.S. fulfillment partners offering standard and express shipping options.
Why was I charged twice for my order?
Only one charge is applied. Additional pending charges are typically temporary authorizations that clear within 48–72 hours. Contact your bank if it remains pending longer.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be canceled if flagged as duplicates or potential fraud. If you believe this was an error, please reorder and contact support.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
Confirmation emails can occasionally be delayed. If you're unsure, contact support and we'll verify your order.
Why is my order status "unfulfilled"?
Unfulfilled means your order has been received and is being processed. Once shipped, the status updates and tracking information is emailed to you.
That's not what I ordered! What's next?
Email support with your order number and "Wrong Item" in the subject line and we'll resolve it quickly.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are generally packed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after 11:59 AM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

What's the difference between polarized and non-polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses reduce horizontal glare. Non-polarized lenses still provide UV protection but may not reduce glare as effectively.
