- Orders may take up to 24–48 hours to process during peak periods
- Cutoff time: 2:00 PM EST
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
- Every order is packed and quality-checked before shipment

Tracking
- All orders include full tracking

Prescription Orders
Prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for you.
- Processing begins once a valid prescription is received and verified
- Production time: 10–12 business days
- After production, orders are shipped and delivery times vary based on destination (U.S. and international)
Total delivery time for prescription orders will be longer than standard orders due to the custom manufacturing process.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship separately.
- Orders containing prescription and non-prescription items may be split
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:
- Contact our support team and we will open an investigation with the carrier
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
