Prescription lenses are custom made specifically for your order. Production typically takes 7–12 business days, and many orders ship sooner once lenses are completed and quality-checked.
Orders over $40 ship free worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under $40. Typical U.S. delivery is 3–6 business days after production, with international delivery times varying by destination.
Prescription Orders & Adjustments
Because prescription lenses are custom crafted, RX orders are not eligible for standard returns or refunds.
If there’s an issue caused by a manufacturing or prescription processing error on our end, we’ll remake your lenses free of charge. If the prescription information provided at the time of order is incorrect or outdated, it does not qualify for a free remake.
If you experience any concerns with clarity or comfort, our team will work with you to review the issue and determine the best solution. International adjustments may require additional fees.
